Meet our Founder
With an extensive corporate background and experience in office management, human resources and public relations, Ilaria set up her own company in Dublin in 2022, offering bilingual support to business owners in English and Italian.
Throughout her work, Ilaria soon realised the common frustrations of business owners in a growth phase. They had the ideas but didn’t have the time or space to follow through, which often left them feeling stuck.
With a wealth of knowledge in business process improvement, operations optimisation and event management, along with her creative mind and dedication to supporting others, Ilaria decided to pivot her services.
StarOps—Business Operations & Events was launched in 2024 to streamline business operations, improve workflows and provide efficient event management services to SMEs in Ireland, Europe and around the world.
